As I was awoken from a dream with the need to urinate, I was thinking of the movie Meg. 

There is one cover picture of a person floating in the water and the shark is coming up from the bottom of the ocean with its mouth open as if going to swallow the woman whole.

I see this in my dreams all the time.  Could it be because I’ve watched a scary monster movie, maybe.  So that begs the question:  Are movies from dreams or vision?
